No Wake Zone

The entire harbor is a “no wake zone”. Please keep your speed to a minimum (5mph maximum) and ensure that your vessel does not produce a wake. Please note: mariners are responsible for any damage/injury caused due to their vessel wake!

No Discharge / Pump-out Information

Buzzards Bay is a “No Discharge” Zone. As such, you are forbidden from discharging your holding tank within our waters. We provide free pump-out service.

As a boater in Dartmouth, you are required to obey all local, state and federal Rules and Regulations.

Padanaram Harbor is a “No Wake” zone. While in the harbor, please keep your speed below 5 MPH and keep your wake to a minimum. There is an area North of the Bridge (West side of harbor) designated for Water skiing and other activities.

Transient Boaters

There are Transient moorings available South of the Padanaram Bridge from The New Bedford Yacht ClubConcordia Inc. and Davis and Tripp.
